Build, lead, dvlp, coach & inspire a high performance team that touches all aspects of the business; incl marketing, operations, content & the company's direct & analytics database Lead & coordinate processes & discussions w/ other business leaders within Petco to align strategies, create efficiencies & drive results.
Serve as the driving force behind customer engagement, acquisition, traffic, conversion & retention.
Build & execute consumer focused brand building programs to grow the business.
Engage the support of various functions throughout the organization to optimize revenue, costs & profits.

Min. Req'mnts: Bach's degree in Business Admin or rltd field, or frgn equiv, & 5yrs of exp overseeing digital business.
Exp in the pet telemedicine industry, & demonstrated ability to use tech & innovation to drive new customer acquisition, conversion & retention.
