My client is looking for an HR professional to join the senior leadership group. An individual that is as comfortable engaging the orchard crew as the C-suite, the ideal candidate will understand the direction and goals of the company and build programs & process to help get there. Human Resources Management, Hiring, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Team Building, Leadership Coaching, Developing Standards, Promoting Process Improvement, Building Relationships, Organizational Astuteness, People Skills, Retaining Employees, etc.
This role will also manage all individuals who are responsible for activities surrounding benefits plans, payroll, EEO compliance, etc.
Education and Experience
1. Bachelor's degree in human resources or business or equivalent work experience
2. 5+ years leading Human Resources team
3. Experience administering employee benefits, including health, welfare and 401(k).
4. Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
